Tracey May

Vulnerable Client Services Manager

Tracey's work embraces vulnerable clients within the locality of all our offices and she has a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

She offers independent, professional, approachable and friendly advice on any care for the elderly matter including powers of attorney, court of protection, benefits or care funding advice.

BACKGROUND:

Prior to her legal career, Tracey was an Independent Financial Planner for 13 years and this, together with her legal experience, enables her to bring the best possible advice and outcomes for our clients.  She has been a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals since 2015.  Prior to joining us, Tracey worked locally for 14 years as a Private Client Relationship Manager and Executive specialising in Court of Protection and Elderly Care matters. Upon joining the firm in 2016 Tracey worked alongside well respected Senior Partner, David Harding, for a number of months until his retirement in March 2017 when she took over his Court of Protection practice.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:

Tracey enjoys spending time with family, friends and faithful Labradoodles, Scribble and Sketch.  Tracey also likes gardening, power walking and private fundraising for the local charities she supports. Tracey is a Trustee for The Sara Lee Trust - a charity that supports people in Hastings and Rother who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life threatening illness by providing free counselling, complementary therapies and group activities specifically designed to work alongside medical treatments. https://www.saraleetrust.org/
