Our services for you

Conveyancing and residential property

We have been helping clients to buy and sell homes in East Sussex for over 200 years and we’re showing no signs of stopping. Our many years working in the industry means we are well-equipped to work with you on your own property purchase or sale. Better yet, we know the local market inside-out.

Alongside conveyancing, we can also assist you with matters including buy-to-let investments, transfer of equity, lease extensions and declarations of trust.

Family law

Legal matters concerning families and relationships can be difficult to pursue. When you feel that legal proceedings are necessary, we can be there to listen to your concerns and offer sound advice, to help you make your own decision for how best to move forward.

We offer friendly and caring support for a wide range of family matters, including no fault divorce, child maintenance and prenuptial agreements.

Wills & powers of attorney

Life is short and there’s little time to worry about the future when you should be enjoying each and every moment. By taking the time to organise your affairs, you can make sure your loved ones are taken care of when you’re no longer here, while ensuring other factors (such as your funeral requests) are handled too. Once your Will is drafted and documented, you can continue to live to its fullest.

As well as helping clients to make their Wills, we also regularly assist with powers of attorney and can guide you through the entire process of drafting a power of attorney or acting as an attorney.

Our team includes qualified members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). We are also members of the Solicitors for the Elderly organisation, which demonstrates our commitment to protecting elderly and vulnerable clients by providing a caring and trusted legal service to these individuals.
