Sarah divides her time between Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate (the administration of estates) and some Trust work. Sarah is highly experienced and has drafted approximately 600 wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, including many Wills with life interest or Discretionary Trusts. She has also dealt with the administration of approximately 300 probate matters including many that are inheritance taxable, have other complications or result in an ongoing trust which Sarah then administers. Sarah is based in our Bexhill office but frequently travels to meet with clients in our Hastings office. Sarah prides herself on offering an efficient, friendly and sympathetic service to all clients.
BACKGROUND:
After obtaining an LLB (Hons) law degree from the University of Kent Sarah went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. She then undertook her training contract with an Eastbourne firm, qualifying as a solicitor in January 2009.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Sarah grew up in Bexhill and now lives there with her young family.
Sarah volunteers with the Bexhill Dementia Action Alliance. Any spare time that Sarah has is spent her family and friends, attending Pilates and swimming.
