Olivia Hurrell
Olivia joined the firm in 2026 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property Department. She manages a small case load of her own whilst providing essential support to other lawyers across our offices. Olivia’s role is primarily covering work during periods of annual leave and other absences, ensuring clients continue to receive a seamless, consistent service even when their lawyer is away.
Background
Olivia graduated from The Open University with an LLB Law degree and, from September 2026, is starting her LLM Master of Laws in which she will undertake the Solicitors Qualifying Exams with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor. Olivia has worked in residential property since 2017, gaining experience with regional and high street law firms. Olivia has experience assisting a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors with extensive portfolios. She provides practical, efficient, and client-focused support across all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
What Olivia enjoys most about her role is building relationships with clients and helping them navigate what can often be a complex and stressful process. She prides herself on good communication, ensuring clients understand each stage of their transaction and feel supported throughout, with clear guidance and regular updates from instruction through to completion.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, Olivia is a proud parent to a young son, and is actively involved in the local community, running the local Squirrel Scout Drey, supporting the Ninfield Bonfire Society, and serving as a trustee of a local charity that supports children with SEN. When Olivia gets some downtime, she enjoys keeping active at the gym, going on adventures with her family or relaxing at home with her three cats.
