Mary Skellam

Mary is a highly experienced private client specialist.  She deals with complex estate administration and trusts regularly.  Mary can also provide in depth inheritance tax and estate planning including the drafting of wills and other documents to put this advice into effect.  Mary supervises other lawyers drafting simple wills and lasting powers of attorney as well as those dealing with the administration of simple estates.  She joined the Heringtons Partner team in April 2023. 

BACKGROUND: 

Mary qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practioners (STEP).  

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:

Mary enjoys playing the piano and countryside walks.
