Lucinda specialises in private client matters including wills, inheritance tax planning, probate, lasting power of attorneys, Court of Protection and elderly client issues.
BACKGROUND:
Lucinda graduated with honours in History from the University of Bristol in 2001. She then worked in local government and later studied law part time whilst working full time.
Having obtained a commendation in her Graduate Diploma in Law Lucinda went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford, acquiring a distinction. She joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2009 qualifying in 2011.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Lucinda enjoys spending time with her young family, learning new things and activities which involve being in the great outdoors such as gardening, walking, cycling and swimming.
