Denise Greenaway

Denise deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, help to buy transactions and remortgages.

BACKGROUND:

Denise began her legal career with a local firm by training as a licenced conveyancer in a highly pressurised and busy environment. This enabled Denise to build up a solid grounding in general conveyancing transactions during the four years she was there.

Denise joined Heringtons in August 2017 as a Legal Secretary working in our commercial conveyancing department. In order to best achieve her goals and obtain more experience she began studying part time to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. Denise's ultimate aim is to qualify as a Solicitor.

In July 2018 she was promoted to Conveyancing Executive. Denise's aim is to make every transaction as smooth as possible for her clients in what can sometimes seem a stressful time, particularly to those who are not familiar with it.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:

Denise enjoys keeping fit by weightlifting and kickboxing.
