Yuen Ling Chan

Yuen has conveyancing experience in all areas of freehold and leasehold residential property. She understands that buying a family home or an investment property can be a stressful time and alleviates the anxiety by guiding her clients step by step in a friendly and efficient manner. Yuen enjoys a challenge and prides herself on being able to provide a professional service to all her clients without the complicated legal jargon.
BACKGROUND:
Yuen obtained a Law Degree at Oxford Brookes University and began her career in law with a local family run firm in Kent. Yuen made the move to East Sussex in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2015. Yuen joined Heringtons shortly after qualification and after a successful period in our Bexhill office which is where she is currently based. She joined the Partnership team in April 2020.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
Outside of work Yuen enjoys travelling, gardening and baking for friends and family.
